How it Works.
CONSIGN WITH US.
Please email the item(s) you wish to consign to consign@bogarthome.com If you can provide any information on the item, it will be helpful. For small décor items, you may also drop them off directly at the store in a container labelled with your name, phone number, email and a detailed itemized list.
We will review your items and determine if we can accept the consignment and will provide you with pricing within
48 hours. Our prices are based on condition, age and style of piece and our experience of the consignment market. Please note that any upholstered items that we consider should be in 10/10 condition from a smoke free home.If you agree to the terms and conditions of the suggested pricing, you bring your item(s) to the store we will provide
a contract with terms and conditions and your items goes on to the showroom floor.Pick up your money. Cheques over $20.00 can be picked up at the store on or after the 15th on the month following the month the item is sold.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our consignment split is:
45% to the consignor; 55% to the store
We will display your item(s) for 120 days and you will receive 45% of the selling price.
After 30 days, the price will be reduced by 10%
After 60 days, the price will be reduced by an additional 10%
After 90 days, the price will be reduced by an additional 15%
After the 120 days, the consignor may pick up the unsold item(s) or the merchandise will become
the property of the store to be donated, sold or disposed of.
